Georgina – Residential Home Addition & Full Main Floor Renovation

This residential project involved a comprehensive home addition and interior renovation in Georgina, delivering a high-quality transformation tailored to the client’s vision.

The scope of work included the removal of existing main-floor ceilings and walls, followed by raising the ceiling height to create a more open and spacious living area. Three skylights were installed to enhance natural light throughout the main floor.

Exterior improvements included extending the front porch and installing interlocking stonework that seamlessly connected to the driveway. All windows were replaced, improving both energy efficiency and appearance.
Interior upgrades included a full main-floor remodel, the addition of three new washrooms, and the construction of a large backyard deck, creating an ideal space for outdoor living and entertaining.
