This project involved the removal and replacement of the existing epoxy flooring at the Stouffville Fire & Paramedic Station for York Region, a critical operational facility.
The scope of work included removing the deteriorated epoxy system, repairing and patching all damaged and high-wear areas, and preparing the surface for a new epoxy installation. A new epoxy flooring system was then applied, followed by line painting to clearly define operational zones and traffic areas.
All work was completed with careful attention to durability, safety, and performance. The new epoxy flooring system was installed with a five-year warranty, providing a long-lasting and easy-to-maintain finish suitable for emergency service operations.
The project was delivered in compliance with operational requirements and to the satisfaction of the client.
